1. How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 30, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 (the "Giveaway Period"), you may enter in any of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the Accel Finance website and completing the online application form by providing your name, complete address, phone number and valid e-mail address (limit one online entry per person and per e-mail address) and funding a loan through one of our affiliates; or (ii) by submitting an application by telephone to 866.500.8119. Mechanically reproduced entries or mailing labels will not be accepted. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry, only the first online entry will be considered valid. These official rules are also available by sending a self addressed, stamped envelope ("SASE") to: "Accel Finance, LLC" – Rules Request, 558 E Castle Pines Parkway #155, Castle Rock, CO 80108.

When you enter at the Accel Finance Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming Accel Finance promotions and information about Accel Finance. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Giveaway and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Accel Finance, LLC, which is available on the Accel Finance Website. Accel Finance, LLC ("Main Sponsor") all other Giveaway Entities (as defined below), their affiliates, distributors, dealers, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Accel Finance Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing or human errors; and any mailed entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Accel Finance and will not be returned or acknowledged.

2. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older. Entrants must submit a copy of their signed promissory note by the giveaways ending date in order to be eligible to receive their giveaway. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Accel Finance, other participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. This Giveaway is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Prizes- One (1) recipient will receive $10,000 or the total amount of their funded loan, which ever amount is less, for every 1,500 funded loans received through this promotional period.

Total value of all prizes in the Giveaway: $1,000,000.

All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any giveaway not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective recipient . All federal, state and local taxes on giveaways are the respective recipient’s responsibility. Recipient's will each be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the giveaway. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any giveaway in the Giveaway shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Giveaways cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Main Sponsor’s sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a giveaway, or portions thereof, with a giveaway of equal or greater value. All giveaways will be awarded.

4. Drawing and Notification: Entrants must submit a copy of their promissory note by the giveaways ending date in order to be eligible to receive their giveaway. The recipient's will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about February 1, 2009 by Accel Finance, LLC, and will be contacted either in person or by overnight courier and phone within approximately ten (10) days of the selection. The names of the recipient's may be posted on the Accel Finance Website. Judges’ decisions with respect to the recipients and other matters pertaining to the Giveaway shall be final. Potential Giveaway Recipient's will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity, and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of giveaway notification. If Accel Finance is unable to contact a potential recipient and/or if the potential recipient fails to complete and return all forms by the specified date and/or if potential recipient fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any recipient notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate recipient(s) shall be selected. Recipient's  consent to the use of his/her name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of selection depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the judge’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Giveaway, or to terminate the Giveaway and conduct a random drawing to award the giveaway's using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any recipient based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

5. Release of Liability: Main Sponsor, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporation, each of the Giveaway Entities, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, dealers, distributors, employees and agents of the Giveaway Entities, and are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. By entering this Giveaway, all entrants, any recipients, and their family members, guests, invitees, agents, and employees release and hold harmless Main Sponsor and each of the Giveaway Entities, as well as the respective officers, directors, agents, employees and shareholders of the foregoing entities and all others associated with the development and execution of this Giveaway from and against any and all actions, claims, and/or liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this Giveaway and/or acceptance or use of the giveaway and any related travel and/or activities, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss. 

6. R’ List: After February 28, 2009 you may obtain the names of the prize winners, by mailing a SASE to: "Accel Finance"– Winners’ List, 558 E Castle Pines Pkwy #158, Castle Rock, CO 80108. Requests received after February 28, 2009 will not be honored.
